ts the final Indoor Winter Market on April 13 at the Benton County Fairgrounds. We’ll have five lovely sourdough breads for you: tangy Field Blend, sweet Whole Wheat, nummy Fig-Anise Barley, in-demand Seedy Southdown, and our unparalleled Volkornbrot.

We’re bringing a new Morning Bun –bright flavored with Cranberry and Orange. It’s been a long time but you’ll find our all-Rye Pastry Galettes filled with Spinach and Ricotta. Sweeten your day with Blueberry Crumble bars, Salted Chocolate Rye cookies, and Classic Peanut Butter cookies.

Come celebrate a great winter market season with us on Saturday from 9-1. Next week you’ll find us OUTDOORS at the downtown Corvallis (Summer?) Farmers’ Market!
