September 30th is the deadline for returning vendor applications. We will begin to consider new applications in October. Here is everything you need to come sell with us! We have a small number of indoor spaces and now many more outdoor spaces that are in a covered area.

To all prospective vendors…………….
To start with thank you for your interest in our market. My first suggestion is to download and read our vendor manual. Then print and start completing your application. Please make sure you include all required licenses, certifications and proof of insurance. If you are an artisan or craft vendor you need to include photos or a web address so that the new vendor committee can jury your product.
If at any point in this process you have a question please feel free to contact me and I will do my best to get you the answer you need.
VERY important — try to have completed applications returned as soon as possible. October 1st we will begin reviewing new vendor applications. Try to have applications in before November 1st because applications received after that date will be reviewed as the committee has time.
New vendors will be juried in the order they arrive. We will notify you when you have been accepted as a member of the market but you will not be given a space assignment until all returning vendors have been assigned their space
NEW this year – the outside vendors (those not cooking) will be under the covered area coming in from the parking lot. Vendors will be assigned a permanent space and be in the same place each week. There will be some additional rules and guidelines for the outside vendors to follow BUT the big news is that you will be under cover and out of the rain
Closer to the start of the Market season you will be receiving a more detailed explanation of changes and refinements to procedures for vendors at this year’s markets. If you are an “outside” vendor you will be receiving more detailed list of procedures and rules that will apply specifically to those spots

New vendors you have until the end of the month to print and mail your applications!
Just a few more days left for existing members to get their applications in. If you haven’t gotten your application in, you have until September 30th.
Applications for new members will be available on line the evening of Wednesday September 30th. Applications must be postmarked October 1 or later. Get those applications in as soon as you can. An application postmarked October 1 is your best bet!
It’s September which means all current members should have received your 2016 application by email. If you didn’t receive an email please call Jan and update your information. Current members have until the last day of September to get that application in. Sooner is always better though!
Application for NEW MEMBERS will come out on October 1st. It will be posted here and on our Facebook page. Postmarks matter so you are encouraged to download and complete your application as soon as possible.
